Import your CSV

Use the file you already have: an export from your shop or the list your supplier sent.

• CSV, comma or semicolon separated, up to 10 MB per file. Split larger files into parts.
• Automatic mapping. Phraza matches your columns to product attributes and shows you what it found. Columns it can't match are left out, never guessed.
• You approve before anything is imported.
• Import memory. Next time you upload the same layout, Phraza recognizes it.
• Add or update. Create new products, update the ones you have, or both.

Analysis & enrichment

Before Phraza writes a word, it works out the facts. One run, four stages, in the right order.

• Classify. Every product is mapped to the Google Product Taxonomy, so Phraza knows what it is and which facts matter.
• Read the text. Material, color, size, features and more are taken from your titles, descriptions and columns.
• Read the image. Details the text doesn't mention are read from the product photo.
• Resolve conflicts. If the text and the image disagree, for example navy in the text and black in the photo, Phraza resolves it, so your core data holds one answer.
• Carry the facts across languages, so every language works from the same facts.

Enrichment is paid once per product. Products that are already enriched are skipped, so you never pay twice.

Create content

Pick one, several or all content types, and the language you want. Phraza writes each product on its own, from its facts.

• 7 content types. Title, description, highlights, meta-title, meta-description, image title and image description.
• 18+ languages. Written in each language, not word for word.
• 10 tones and 10 writing styles. Choose for each run, or save your choices as your own default.
• Best-practice structures for titles and meta-titles, per category.
• Try a sample first. Run 5, 10, 20 or 50 products, check them, then run the rest.

Download everything as one CSV, ready to import into your shop or marketplace. Export is free.

• Your layout back. The export mirrors the layout of the file you uploaded, or you build your own format.
• Per language. Choose which language version to export.
• Only what you need. Export everything or a saved collection of products.
• Structured data columns. Optional Schema.org and Google Shopping columns in your CSV.
• Campaign prefix. Add "Black Friday Deal:" or any other free-text label in front of every meta-title, free of charge.
