Getting started

What is Phraza?

Phraza writes product content for webshops. You upload a CSV with your products, Phraza maps and enriches each product from its text and images, and then writes the content types you choose in the languages you need.

Who is Phraza for?

Webshops and marketplace sellers with anything from 100 to 10,000 products, and agencies working on their behalf. It is built for ad-hoc bulk work: a new collection, a new market, a new client.

Do I need an onboarding project or setup?

No. Create an account, top up your wallet and upload a file. You make a few simple choices for each run and can save them as your default.

Do I need to write prompts?

No. You choose content types, language, tone and style from lists. Phraza handles the AI.

Your data

Which file formats can I upload?

CSV files, comma or semicolon separated, up to 10 MB per file. Excel files need to be saved as CSV first. Larger files can be split and imported in parts.

What if my columns have odd names?

Phraza maps your columns to product attributes automatically and shows you the result before importing. Columns it can't match are left out, never guessed. Next time you upload the same layout, Phraza recognizes it.

Which columns help Phraza most?

First the essentials: a SKU or other unique ID, which is the key when you import the texts back into your webshop, PIM or feed add-on, and the product title, which is a key source of facts. Then HS codes (customs tariff numbers) and image URLs. The HS code is almost a key to the Google Product Taxonomy and tells Phraza what type of product it is. The image adds facts the text leaves out. Keep your GTIN/EAN in the file too: Google Shopping and marketplaces use it to identify your products. Brand, specifications and existing descriptions help as well.

Do I need images?

No, but they help. Phraza reads details from product images that the text doesn't mention. Include image links in your CSV.

Can I update products I've already imported?

Yes. Phraza matches rows to existing products, for example on SKU or EAN, and can add new products, update existing ones, or both.

Content

Which content types can Phraza write?

Title, description, highlights (bullet points), meta-title, meta-description, image title and image description. Order one, several or all.

Which languages are supported?

18+ languages. Content is written in each language from the product facts, not translated word for word. You run one language at a time.

Can I control tone and style?

Yes. Choose from 10 tones and 10 writing styles, and save your favorites as your default. For titles and meta-titles you can pick a best-practice structure per category, such as product type first or brand and model.

Does the AI make things up?

Phraza reduces the risk by writing only from facts it found in your data and images. No AI is perfect, so review your texts before you publish them. If a product's data is thin, the text stays short.

Will Google penalize AI-written text?

Google has said it judges content on whether it is helpful, not on how it was made. Unique, accurate product texts are better than supplier copy that hundreds of other shops use.

What is the campaign prefix?

A free-text label you can put in front of every meta-title in an export, like "Black Friday Deal:". Write it in the language you export. It costs nothing, needs no new texts and can be removed when the sale ends.

How long does a job take?

About 500 texts in a few hours and 5,000 texts in a day. Runs continue in the background, and you can follow them live.

Pricing and wallet

What does Phraza cost?

€0.02 per content type, per product, per language. Analysis and enrichment costs €0.02 per product, once, and is reused for every language, channel and content type. Export is free. There is no subscription.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are shown without VAT. Only Danish accounts are charged VAT, which Danish businesses can deduct. Accounts outside Denmark are not charged VAT.

What is an output?

One content type for one product in one language. A German meta-title for one product is one output.

How do I pay?

Top up a prepaid wallet by card via Stripe with €10, €75 or €200. You see the price of every job before it runs.

Can I withdraw unused balance?

Yes, at any time, as long as the amount is €10 or more. It is paid back to the card you topped up with. Credits never expire, so you can also keep them for later.

Am I charged for failed runs?

No. Failed outputs are never charged.

Security and privacy

Where is my data stored?

In Germany (EU). Your products are kept in your own workspace, separate from other customers.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. AI processing runs on Google Vertex AI (Gemini) in the EU under data-processing terms, and your data is never used to train models.

Who owns the texts?

You do. Phraza claims no rights to the content generated from your data.

Who is behind Phraza?

Phraza is a product of bySoko ApS, a Danish company based in Kgs. Lyngby.
